Paraphrased, it was, "Everybody plays a DPS'er, everybody plays a debuffer like a Lore-Master or Burglar, but it's very hard to find tanks and healers - <b>as in any game</b>." (Emphasis mine.)<br /><br />I'm coming to the conclusion that the root cause of that is that DPS and de/buffing are active roles. The tank and the healer exist <i>solely</i> to react to what mobs do. Is a mob attacking someone else? Tank throws a taunt. Is someone dying? Healer throws a heal.<br /><br />The DPSers and the de/buffers are the only characters that <i>actually get to play the game</i>.
